Capabilities & Equipment
Jackson Flexible Products has the capability to bring your design from an idea, compound the elastomer, design prototype to complete production.
We have molding presses from a platten size of 14" x 14" ranging to 34" x 34" and from 50 ton pressure to 475 ton. We use electrically heated plattens in order to have precise temperature control on the molds.
We utilize our in house testing lab to verify all of our compounds meet or exceed physical standards. We maintain records of our test results to insure traceability of our materials. Our testing consists of:
- Durometer "A" & "D" scale
- Tensile
- Elongation
- 100% & 300% Modulus
- Compression Set
- Volumetric Change
- Rebound
- Specific Gravity
We are AS 9100 and ISO 9001:2000 certified to assure you of the highest quality products. Our data is stored in computers to be available to customers whenever it is needed.
